SNAPP was established in 2022.  We focus on the health and well-being of individuals with special needs.  Our goal  is to meet our SNAPP friends where they are no matter their disability. Additionally we aspire to bring joy to the community  by offering them the opportunity to learn and play various sports as well as maintaining good overall health. ​
We offer our SNAPP friends a wide range of services which include but are not limited to mentorship, life-skills, health and recreation through various sports and activities.

SNAPP Chats is one of the most relaxing ways for the community to enjoy nature while getting fit and exploring their feelings.  With SNAPP Chats, we will explore various parks and nature trails throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area.
